Send an email →Include your Discord name and Steam ID only when they are relevant to the request.Order problems Include the order reference, selected server, and product name. Never send card details.
Server support Include your Steam ID, server name, approximate time, and a clear description.
Privacy requests Email from the address connected to your account where possible so ownership can be verified.
