1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files or values stored on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, software-development kits, and identifiers used to remember a session, protect an account, save a preference, or measure activity.
2. Current Kappa website use
The current private website may use strictly necessary technologies supplied by the hosting and sign-in services to provide access, maintain a secure session, prevent abuse, and deliver requested website functions.
Kappa has not intentionally enabled advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies. Analytics and optional preference technologies must remain disabled until they are documented and, where required, a visitor has made a clear choice.

4. Discord, Steam, and payment providers
Following a link to Discord, Steam, or a payment provider takes you to a separate service that may use its own cookies or similar technologies. Kappa does not control storage set on those providers' websites, so their privacy and cookie information should also be reviewed.
5. Consent and controls
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies should not be activated until a visitor makes a clear choice. Refusing optional technologies should not prevent access to basic website content.
When optional tools are introduced, Kappa will provide an accessible way to accept, reject, or change preferences. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop sign-in or checkout from working.
6. Updates and contact
This page will be updated after each material change to website tracking or connected services. Questions can be emailed to kappadayz@icloud.com or raised through a private ticket in the official Kappa Discord.
