Thank you for choosing Kappa. We are committed to providing our customers with a fast and reliable service. This policy outlines the steps we take to complete your orders and the estimated delivery times.



Order Processing Time/ Delivery Times

As our products are virtual, the order processing time is instant. Upon completing your purchase and once we are in receipt of cleared funds, you will have access to your product within 30minutes for Coloured Clan Tags, Priority queue and similar. For items that are reskinned we will endeavour to complete them in three working days (subject to change) as long as the design is not complicated, we will confirm lead times upon the submission of the design/art work.


Order Cancellation and Refunds

Since our products are virtual and available within 30 minutes of purchase, we do not accept order cancellations or provide refunds. Users can transfer their Priority queue and Coloured Clan Tag to a different server within 24 hours of purchase, please make a ticket:


Skin Purchases Policy

Kappa abides by Bohemia Interactive's Monetization Policy and only offers cosmetic skins that do not affect gameplay. However, skins may need to be removed or reworked at any time - upon purchase, you agree that skins may need to be temporarily removed or replaced with other skins as server needs require. As a result of the policy be aware of the following:

  • All Donator items in game will be available at the trader for purchase by any in game player.

  • Camouflage Donator gear will be available at the trader for all players, so please do not ask the Kappa staff for an 'Exclusive Gear Set' it will not happen.

  • Custom Logos can be put on a skin set to make it personal to you, subject to contract.

All in game custom content belongs to Kappa and Kappa only, It is not to be used without permission.

Kappa reserves the right to change this policy at anytime to fall in line with Bohemia Interactive's Monetization Policy.
